Delivery locations
BABYCARES.COM delivers a wide range of baby products to addresses within Western Nigeria. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping options
We provide two main shipping options:

    • Standard shipping: Delivery within 5 to 10 business days.

    • Express shipping: Delivery within 2 to 5 business days.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or other logistical disruptions beyond our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The total shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation. Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

International shipping policy

International shipping charges
Orders shipped outside our domestic region will incur additional shipping fees. These charges vary depending on the destination country, package weight, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Customs, duties & taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.

Estimated delivery time
delivery times for international orders may vary based on your location and the customs clearance process in your country. While we provide estimated delivery Timeframes at checkout, please allow extra time during holiday seasons or unforeseen delays.

Arriers & tracking
we partner with reliable international carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor your shipment every step of the way.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package on the courier’s website.

Returns policy

Eligibility for returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused

    • In its original packaging

    • In the same condition as when you received it

Note: Certain products, such as perishable goods (e.g., baby food) and hygiene items (e.g., diapers, wipes), are not eligible for return once opened.

Return Process

    1. Ship the item: Carefully pack the item and send it to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. If a return is due to a defect or error, we will cover the shipping costs.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Opened perishable goods such as baby food and formula

    • Opened hygiene products such as diapers, wipes, or creams
